Merchandising instructions
Refrigerated: If stored in a cooler (with a holding temperature between 33 – 40 degrees Fahrenheit), label with a “Sell By” date of 5 days
Room Temperature: Once thawed, label with “Sell By” date of 2 days
Frozen: Keep frozen for up to 6 months for best quality
